Handmade Nature of Products

All Nelakahle Gifts products are individually handmade, ensuring uniqueness and authenticity. Minor differences in color, size, or design are part of the handcrafted charm.

Order Confirmation and Payments

A 50% payment deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Production begins once the deposit is received. The balance must be settled before dispatch or collection.

Production and Delivery Time

Production may take up to 2 weeks, depending on order volume and customization. Customers will be updated on progress and expected delivery dates.

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some items may be temporarily unavailable. We’ll communicate alternatives or arrange a refund if necessary.
