Processing Time

All our products are purely handmade, crafted with care and attention to detail.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production depending on order volume and design complexity. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Delivery:

We ship across South Africa using trusted courier services.

Local delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

National delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Custom or bulk orders: May take longer due to handmade production times

Shipping Fees:

Calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight.

Tracking:

Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
