Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that it is:

Unused and in original condition

Returned with proof of purchase

Please Note:
Because our products are handmade to order, slight variations in color, design, or size are natural and add to each item’s uniqueness — they are not considered defects.

Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized items

Sale or discounted items

Process:

Contact us at 072 444 8907 within 7 days of receiving your item.

Once approved, return the item to the provided address.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.
